📋 Description

• Proactively generate new business from the ground up • Service and grow existing accounts • Prospect independently without company-provided leads • Cold call, network, and meet directly with manufacturers • Build relationships from scratch with new customers • Win new accounts rather than take over pre-established relationships • Identify and pursue previously untapped opportunities • Build a client base in a brand-new territory • Transition to an uncapped commission-only structure after the initial two years

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in packaging or industrial sales • Experience in packaging or industrial sales is required • Candidates may come from roles such as Outside Sales Rep, Account Manager, Territory Business Manager, or Business Development Manager • No degree or certification required • Must be a local candidate to Richmond, VA or Winchester, VA • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • C2C arrangements and third-party submissions are not accepted • Google Workspace
