📋 Description

• Translate and proofread documents for clients in the Investment Banking sector • Create and finalize translated deliverables before they go to the client • Work under the guidance of a manager and in collaboration with Project Managers • Translate from English into Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) for Investment Banking – Market Commentary • Apply subject matter expertise to produce final client-ready work

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) • Specialized in Investment Banking – Market Commentary • Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines • Asian time zone preferred • Applicants must sign a confidentiality agreement • Applicants must complete free Translation and Proofreading tests • Applicants must undergo a background check • A Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education; OR 2 years of translation experience and a college degree; OR 5 years of translation experience and no college degree; OR a certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body • Latest CV must include relevant Translation and Proofreading experience and proposed best Translation per word rate and Proofreading hourly rate in USD
