📋 Description

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the divisional General Manager and leadership team • Support and constructively challenge decisions to drive strong commercial outcomes • Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis and insight for senior leaders and board-level executives • Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management • Improve predictability and manage the business to agreed targets • Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities using financial data • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance stakeholders • Oversee financial governance, including cash flow, working capital, risk management and compliance • Support business case development, acquisitions and integration activity • Drive continuous improvement across finance processes • Report to the Vice President of Commercial Finance • Serve as a member of the Divisional executive team and Commercial Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior Finance Business Partner and trusted advisor to executive-level, non-finance leaders • Recognized accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA • MBA listed as an alternative recognized qualification • Strong financial stewardship and control experience • Commercial mindset with ability to influence strategy, improve performance and drive growth • Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analysis skills • Experience building and reviewing business cases • Clear communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain complex financial topics simply and practically • Experience in a software or subscription-based business preferred • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions preferred • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth environment preferred • Comfort working across virtual and matrixed teams in multiple locations preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
