📋 Description

• Identify, review, interpret, analyze, and clarify client UI/UX requirements • Generate UI/UX requirements documentation to satisfy client requirements • Communicate UI/UX requirements to cross-functional team members and management • Monitor and communicate project status and progress throughout the project lifecycle • Contribute to research and documentation of past projects' impact on upcoming deliverables • Ensure static content changes are documented and identified for language translations where needed • Add and modify multi-language static content through a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience • Three (3) years as a Business Analyst in a software development environment • Minimum of one (1) year as a User Experience Business Analyst • Experience with one or more software development methodologies, including Waterfall or Agile • Understanding of all stages of the project life cycle process • Healthcare domain experience is a plus • Excellent verbal, writing/documentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills • Strong collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and continuously evaluate and reorder priorities • Ability to use software and peripherals related to job responsibilities • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and team members • Ability to moderate discussions and manage varying viewpoints • Ability to write effectively for various contexts and audiences • Ability to comprehend complex data and identify underlying issues • Ability to communicate decision rationale and potential outcomes • Ability to identify and articulate solutions that meet project goals and objectives
