📋 Description

• Serve as a primary administrator for the Salesforce platform across Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and other business functions • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, role assignments, permission sets, and access requests • Maintain Salesforce data quality, security, governance, and change-management standards • Configure and support Salesforce user management, page layouts, fields and objects, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and record types • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with technical resources • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering meetings • Document current-state and future-state business processes, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories • Analyze business requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and technical resources to implement and review solutions • Manage enhancement requests from intake through deployment • Coordinate project activities across business teams, technical resources, and external partners • Support Salesforce project prioritization, requirements reviews, testing, deployment planning, and UAT • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, communication, and change management • Lead or support CRM-related projects, project plans, timelines, status updates, risk mitigation, and CRM roadmap planning • Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to efficiency, scalability, user experience, data quality, and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree • Experience supporting Salesforce CRM environments • Experience in business systems analysis, CRM administration, business process improvement, or related roles • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system solutions • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, IT, and business stakeholders • Strong Salesforce administration knowledge and understanding of CRM best practices • Excellent business process analysis and requirements-gathering skills • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solution recommendations • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation capabilities • Experience coordinating work across business teams, developers, and external implementation partners • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience documenting process flows, business requirements, use cases, and user stories • Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred • Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, technology, or complex B2B environments preferred
