📋 Description

• Drive and manage multiple implementation projects from customer engagement through planning, execution, and launch. • Manage project stages, stakeholders, customer relationships, and implementation success factors. • Assess customer data and manage extract setups, wholesaler integration, and software configurations. • Train customers on software functions and transition live projects to account management. • Serve as the primary Verity program contact and subject matter expert. • Coordinate with sales, product management, product development, accounting, account management, pharmacy, and TPA partners. • Follow and improve project and procedural workflows. • Maintain and create internal and client-facing documentation. • Use department document and project-management platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS in business, healthcare, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 3+ years in customer-facing technology implementation and project management; SaaS preferred • Experience in 340B and/or pharmacy operations desired • Project management experience; PMP certification desired • Experience onboarding remote customers to cloud-based software is a major plus • Ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot customer data and/or database schema problems • Strong MS Office experience; expert Excel capability required • High-level verbal and written communication ability • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously • Customer-focused troubleshooting approach • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload if working from home
