📋 Description

• Execute operational performance strategy for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy clients in the direct payer space • Identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive measurable results using a proactive, data-driven approach • Shape and advance service strategy while leading end-to-end execution for medium and small PBMs and national health plans • Deliver persistency, membership growth, and earnings targets • Manage client relationships in alignment with the Account Executive and own selected clients based on size and complexity • Drive cross-functional alignment across product and operational teams • Identify gaps, remove barriers, and optimize systems and processes to meet client needs and improve organizational efficiency • Support operational excellence, growth, profitability, and persistency through patient service oversight, account retention, and management strategies • Collaborate on benefit, service, and relational strategies to enhance patient and client experience • Maintain market and competitive knowledge on service trends and differentiators • Collaborate with the Account Executive on retention, growth, satisfaction, renewal, RFP, service issue, performance guarantee, corrective action plan, and implementation activities • Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients and patients through proactive needs and goals discussions • Leverage Accredo capabilities and services to differentiate it from competitors • Maintain knowledge of Accredo products, services, benefit designs, access, patient care, and outcomes reporting • Articulate Accredo operational effectiveness and its impacts for clients and patients • Lead performance guarantee reporting requests, including analytics and presentations • Develop and implement upsell and margin strategies to drive enrollment growth, network access, and drug additions • Apply basic understanding of underwriting principles and contracting processes • Leverage resources to fulfill client onsite needs and develop solutions balancing patient/client cost and outcomes • Represent Accredo at market-based events, quarterly business reviews, onsite engagements, and other communications

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree or 5+ years of experience in a relevant role • 3+ years of experience in healthcare / managed care business • Product knowledge • Knowledge of underwriting principles • Risk and financial analysis skills • Knowledge of marketing processes • Account management experience • Knowledge of pharmacy operations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Ability to interpret complex, unstructured information and communicate key takeaways through effective storytelling • Strategic and financial savvy • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills • Ability to plan for both the long and short term, drive priorities, and achieve results • Demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships • For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload • Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to protected characteristics • Candidates must comply with applicable work authorization and employment requirements
