📋 Description

• Define and execute the technology vision, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Individual Dental platforms and capabilities • Align technology investments with business priorities, revenue objectives, customer experience goals, and operational efficiencies • Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and investment decisions • Partner with executive leadership to drive business transformation and technology-enabled growth initiatives • Oversee delivery of business-critical technology solutions supporting sales, service, distribution, enrollment, and operational functions • Ensure governance, execution, and value realization across projects, programs, and platform enhancements • Drive platform optimization, configuration, continuous improvement, and vendor performance management • Balance business-as-usual operations, strategic initiatives, and capital project delivery • Serve as the primary business leader partnering with IT and enterprise technology teams • Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and capability roadmaps • Manage dependencies, risks, release priorities, and implementation planning across complex initiatives • Influence senior leaders to align investments, resources, and delivery priorities • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data governance, streamline operations, and reduce costs • Improve platform reliability, user adoption, broker experience, and customer outcomes through technology innovation • Establish delivery models and governance structures supporting sustainable growth and operational effectiveness • Monitor and communicate performance metrics, roadmap progress, and business outcomes to executive stakeholders • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, matrix partners, and external vendors • Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement • Build organizational capabilities and succession plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, business transformation, operations, or solution delivery • 7+ years of experience driving technology, digital, telephony, Salesforce CRM, platform configuration, roadmap development, or business solution delivery initiatives • Proven success leading cross-functional teams within complex, matrixed organizations • Experience developing technology roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and aligning business and IT strategies • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product ownership, change management, and project delivery frameworks • Experience managing third-party vendors, strategic partnerships, and governance models • Exceptional communication, executive influence, and stakeholder management skills • Strong business acumen balancing growth objectives, operational priorities, customer needs, compliance requirements, and technology constraints • Preferred: experience within health insurance, dental insurance, broker distribution, or regulated healthcare environments • Preferred: Salesforce platform strategy, governance, roadmap planning, and adoption experience • Preferred: background leading technology transformation, product delivery, or digital modernization initiatives • Preferred: experience building teams, redesigning operating models, or integrating large-scale organizational changes • Preferred: familiarity with consumer, broker, enrollment, call center, quoting, or distribution technologies
