📋 Description

• Support the safe, timely, and accurate processing of specialty medications for cystic fibrosis patients • Work closely with pharmacists, clearance teams, concierge, and contact center partners to support medication access • Manage complex cystic fibrosis workflows and coordinate patient or provider outreach • Support turnaround time goals for cystic fibrosis therapies • Use CareCentral, RxHome, and TMW to shift resources based on workload and priority • Assist with prescription intake, task processing, escalations, and outbound calls • Make outbound calls to patients or providers for follow-up and coordination • Maintain quality, compliance, and patient experience standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • At least 1 year of experience at Accredo/Evernorth • Must reside in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida • Must hold a valid pharmacy technician license in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida • Active pharmacy technician certification preferred • Basic math and computer skills • Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email proficiency • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
