📋 Description

• Translate business opportunities, customer needs, and operational challenges into reusable data products, integrated data solutions, and improved business processes • Lead functional execution of the data strategy • Partner with business customers, Digital Product, Analytics, AI, Data Operations, and Technology teams • Serve as the primary engagement point with business customers • Lead discovery and consultation activities to define functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and value measures • Lead a team of Data Analysts responsible for requirements development, data discovery, profiling, analysis, solution creation, and validation • Assess source data quality, completeness, usability, and fitness for purpose • Define business semantics, transformation logic, data relationships, and readiness criteria • Partner with Data Operations and Data Engineering throughout solution design and delivery • Lead functional testing and business acceptance validation of datasets, data products, and integrated solutions • Coordinate customer feedback, adoption, and transition activities • Assess and redesign processes using data, workflow automation, AI, and process simplification • Establish reusable standards for workflow automation, controls, monitoring, and operational handoff • Deliver data and analytical solutions directly when extensive engineering is unnecessary • Support rapid prototyping and enterprise-scale operationalization pathways • Enable customer adoption of data products, integrated solutions, and automated workflows • Develop a strategy to automate requirements discovery, data profiling, documentation, testing, and traceability • Use AI, metadata, workflow, and reusable analytical patterns to increase analyst capacity, consistency, and speed

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in data analysis, data products, business process automation, analytics consulting, or enterprise solution delivery • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of Data Analysts, Product Analysts, Business Process Analysts, or Automation Specialists • Ability to translate business needs and operational processes into functional requirements, data specifications, and scalable solutions • Experience with data discovery, profiling, quality assessment, testing, business acceptance, and solution adoption • Experience in business process analysis, process redesign, workflow automation, and measurable operational improvement • Understanding of enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, analytics, AI, metadata, and automation technologies • Strong customer engagement, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills • Experience in complex, regulated enterprises preferred • Home internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home
