📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of a team of pharmacists and technicians • Monitor productivity, performance standards, production volume, workflow, and project assignments • Schedule and monitor staff and daily workflow • Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, and provide feedback • Oversee resolution of employee relations issues • Conduct hiring, training, and staff evaluation • Track and monitor employee compliance with quality, service, and production standards • Monitor prescription turnaround time and phone service to meet internal standards and client performance guarantees • Assist the Senior Pharmacy Manager in monitoring costs and cost-to-fill goals • Address staff concerns and operational, system, customer service, quality, and professional issues • Work in production as needed • Implement programs and process improvements to enhance customer service • Analyze pharmacy operations and overall efficiencies with the Senior Pharmacy Manager • Serve as an escalation point for issues requiring expertise or discretion • Represent pharmacy operations in cross-functional meetings and projects • Complete special projects and assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside and be licensed in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, or Tennessee • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh, or Pharm D • Licensed and registered in the state of employment • 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting • 1+ years of leadership experience • Current pharmacy licensure in good standing • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email • Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations • Demonstrated leadership skills, including developing and assisting team members • Experience training and coaching less experienced staff • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions • Advanced problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues • Technical expertise of ESI’s systems, platforms, products, and services helpful • Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak times • Willingness to travel 10% • Must be flexible to provide support outside regular hours • Home internet via cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
