• Empower sales and customer success teams to achieve revenue goals through training and onboarding, content and technology resourcing, and go-to-market alignment • Report to the Director of Demand Generation and drive adoption of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message • Build scalable onboarding and everboarding programs for AEs, SDRs, sales, and customer success • Certify teams on pitches, discovery calls, and demos; deliver training on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and financial-services industry trends • Build AI-enabled coaching infrastructure with sales and CS leadership • Architect and maintain a centralized library of battle cards, playbooks, pitch decks, and call-preparation frameworks • Vet, implement, and drive adoption of Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, and Claude • Evaluate AI-powered enablement and coaching tools • Align enablement content and collateral with demand-generation campaigns, buyer personas, buyer-journey stages, and product or messaging launches • Extend enablement into post-sale activities supporting adoption, renewals, and expansion • Define and track KPIs including ramp time, win rates, methodology adoption, certification completion, content-influenced deals, and technology adoption • Use Gong and Salesforce data to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted coaching • Assess the existing enablement function and present a prioritized roadmap to leadership • Own onboarding, training calendars, content requests, communications, dashboards, tickets, and day-to-day enablement operations • Launch targeted training sessions and refresh high-impact enablement assets • Run a full-cycle sales and customer-success enablement program and deliver quarterly impact reviews • Establish feedback loops connecting field, customer, market, product, marketing, sales, and customer-success insights
• Practitioner-level fluency in MEDDPICC and value-based messaging frameworks such as Command of the Message • Demonstrated ability to improve revenue outcomes including ramp time, win rates, or retention • Understanding of the full customer lifecycle from initial sales conversation through renewal and expansion • Ability to build and operate scalable enablement programs and maintain structured enablement resources • Experience using Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and Outreach to analyze performance and inform coaching • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude for content creation, call analysis, and personalized coaching • Knowledge of financial-services products, industry trends, and competitive positioning • Ability to train and certify teams on pitches, discovery calls, and demos • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and new hires • Ability to collaborate across sales, customer success, marketing, and product • Ability to work remotely from the contiguous U.S. • Ability to travel for customer engagements, team gatherings, or vendor meetings, potentially up to 25% or 50% as stated in the posting
