• Conduct phone consultations • Provide psychotherapy services to individual, couples, multiple-partner relationship, and family clients • Maintain a full-time caseload of approximately 28–30 clients, with 25 completed sessions per week considered full-time • Maintain a part-time caseload of approximately 18 clients • Maintain case notes, logs, and all required documentation • Provide group therapy as needed • Write blog posts four times per year, optionally • Participate in weekly/biweekly individual supervision and available weekly group clinical supervision • Assist with creating and implementing G&STC workshops, trainings, and seminars as opportunities arise • Perform marketing tasks for self and G&STC as needed or desired
• Possess an LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R, MHC, or LMHC and be licensed in New York • Reside in New York or New Jersey • Commit to a minimum of 3 years with G&STC • Education, training, and demonstrated success implementing CBT, IFS, mindfulness treatments, trauma-informed practices, somatic treatments, and psychodynamic psychotherapy • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • At least 1 year of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy • At least 1 year of experience providing individual, couples, multiple-partner relationship, and/or family therapy • At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to LGBTQ+, kinky, and non-monogamous individuals • At least 1 year of experience providing therapy for sexual-related issues such as sexual anxiety, sexual functioning, sexual pain, and compulsive sexual behaviors • High competence with gender, sex, and sexuality, with expertise in some or all specified LGBTQ+, alternative sexuality, and sexual-related issues • Organized and able to submit progress notes and respond to emails promptly and according to G&STC policies • Submit both a cover letter and resume • Therapists with their own private practices or working in another group practice will not be considered
