📋 Description

• Lead the development and end-to-end execution of the HEINZ Remix business • Scale the next launch of HEINZ Remix machines in Away From Home settings • Lead a team responsible for the operating model and go-to-market strategy • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth • Foster innovation and develop solutions that simplify complex challenges • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to deliver equipment solutions • Drive business outcomes through data-informed decision-making • Interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations • Navigate ambiguity and uncertainty to overcome obstacles and achieve goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred • Candidates with equivalent experience will be considered • Proven track record managing teams, leading projects, and driving business growth through innovation and strategic planning • Ability to think strategically, simplify complex challenges, and provide long-term guidance • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence decisions and secure positive business outcomes • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple projects • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying insights, and developing actionable recommendations • Motivated, proactive, and accountable, with demonstrated ability to achieve goals and drive business outcomes • Ability to travel approximately 35% is required
