📋 Description

• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact on Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements across a portfolio of accounts • Mentor and manage a high-performing team • Manage delivery of audited reports through the platform, ensuring rigorous human-in-the-loop auditing processes • Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to platform roadmap discussions • Establish best practices for accurate, consistent, and scalable data collection and maintenance • Collaborate with sales and account management teams on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities • Advise on complex federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements • Create materials and training for customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a high-paced, fast-growth environment or leading tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm • Clear track record of high performance and increasing responsibility • Ability to understand detailed technical tax and accounting topics • Experience managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics and answer difficult questions • Systems mindset with strategic thinking and ability to develop repeatable processes • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or similar preferred • Technical experience in Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship or related labor compliance programs preferred • Experience managing and mentoring team members preferred
