📋 Description

• Develop and motivate a team environment and support direct reports to optimize performance and professional growth • Pursue new sales leads while maintaining current clients • Assist with payables, receivables, quoting, and profit and loss statements • Guide and supervise the daily operations of customs house brokerage colleagues • Monitor workflow and completion of customer correspondence, claims, post-entry work, logs, collections, and customer problem resolution • Oversee office colleagues, review progress, field inquiries, and resolve technical problems • Adjust personnel and assignments to meet deadlines across all shifts • Conduct regular audit reviews to ensure procedures and paper flow are followed • Send timely information and feedback to managers or designated team members • Stay current on industry and company policy and procedure changes • Communicate updates to the team to ensure compliance • Maintain positive relations with CBP and other government agencies regarding entry resolution • Perform additional duties assigned by management • Travel occasionally, up to 20% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Licensed Customs Broker • 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience • 5+ years of customs brokerage experience • Expertise in import, transportation, logistics, and customs brokerage • Ability to support clients and inspire colleagues • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in local time • Ability to work from any U.S. time zone • May require travel up to 20% of the time • Commitment to A.N.
