📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of major programs and/or projects to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs • Act as an escalation point for project issues and recommend performance improvements • Address resourcing gaps, technical issues, invoicing and cash collection challenges, and subconsultant/vendor concerns • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and working capital performance • Monitor cash flow, unbilled amounts, billed accounts receivable, and DSO • Drive consistent project management practices aligned with AECOM PDS and QMS requirements • Maintain workload planning, pricing guidance, delegation of authority, Salesforce pipeline, and detailed forecast accuracy • Drive program performance, client satisfaction, KPI attainment, and proactive risk management • Develop solutions to client problems and participate in major program/project reviews • Drive adoption of digital tools and integrate international Enterprise Capabilities into project delivery • Manage high-quality client projects and develop process improvement ideas • Share people-management responsibilities for approximately 125 department staff • Build relationships across a diverse, multi-sector client portfolio and resolve major issues • Provide feedback on Project Managers and develop team succession plans • Advise on recruiting, training, mentoring, and development of project delivery employees • Coach project managers and team members on business performance and internal KPIs • Evaluate individual performance of project managers • Collaborate with account, practice-area, and business-line leaders to grow profitable backlog • Develop budgets for business-development portfolio management, wins, bookings, and project oversight • Lead capture strategies for key pursuits and major projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future • May be subject to pre-employment Motor Vehicle Record Screening and Background check • Preferred: 15+ years of related experience, including 8+ years in operations management, Profit & Loss, and staff management • Strong knowledge and track record in environmental/remediation business • Experience with risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across multiple state jurisdictions for an environmental consultant • Experienced people manager and team builder • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal • Flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations • Resilient and tenacious • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
