📋 Description

• Provide primary business, technical, and product/service advice to customers • Provide solutions to customer project inquiries and generate price quotes for project design • Analyze customer needs and resolve troubleshooting issues or complaints • Advise customers on additional services and product solutions • Identify potential areas of customer concern and recommend solutions based on current and future needs • Maintain close customer communication and facilitate communication with technical support • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to achieve sustainable growth • Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors through presentations and demos

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in a relevant life science discipline is ideal, including cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics • Candidates with a Master of Science degree and relevant industry experience will be considered • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented approach • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
