📋 Description

• Contacting companies by phone in the B2B sector • Identifying customer needs and conducting qualified conversations • Scheduling appointments with decision-makers • Documenting calls in the CRM system • Closely coordinating with team leads and project managers • Conducting follow-up calls and maintaining existing contacts

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a clear, friendly telephone manner • Enjoyment of sales, strong persuasive skills, and a goal-oriented approach • Enthusiasm for cold calling and proactively approaching new customers • Structured and independent working style • Experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is an advantage • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
