📋 Description

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across key business units, from job kick-off and proactive sourcing through offer negotiations and onboarding • Develop understanding of business priorities, organizational structures, and competencies to build proactive talent pipelines • Consult with hiring managers and People Operations on job design, compensation benchmarking, and sourcing channels • Deliver an exceptional and transparent candidate experience while representing The RealReal’s brand and values • Deploy structured interview frameworks and recruiting technology for efficient, unbiased candidate screenings and pipeline assessments • Lead hiring debriefs and complex offer negotiations, guiding managers on candidate selection, closing strategies, and market expectations • Monitor and exceed Talent Acquisition metrics, identifying process improvements to enhance recruiting velocity and quality of hire • Build collaborative relationships across internal teams and external talent networks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a Corporate/G&A setting • Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle • Ability to meet and surpass Talent Acquisition performance metrics • Strong experience managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10% • Marketing/Creative/Brand experience preferred • Proficiency with Workday and Phenom preferred
