📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day design and publishing of content across Instagram, X, and TikTok • Design static posts, story templates, carousels, and light motion or video content as needed • Schedule and publish content daily • Engage with the audience in comments and across accounts to build and grow the community • Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across social channels • Adapt templates for product drops, standout pulls, and community highlights • Monitor post performance in Sprout Social and flag resonating content • Partner with the marketing team on weekly content calendars and campaign planning • Stay current on trading card culture, sports moments, and relevant social trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing for social media, ideally with a brand or agency • Familiarity with basic motion design tools (CapCut, After Effects, or similar) for TikTok content • Hands-on experience with Sprout Social, or the ability to ramp up quickly • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and specs • Reliable and communicative, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines independently • Genuine interest in trading cards, sports, or collectibles
