📋 Description

• Perform call queue, data entry, and other pharmacy queue work • Translate prescriptions from prescribers and enter information into patient profiles in accordance with state regulations • Work with pharmacists according to work instructions, policies, procedures, management direction, and national or state regulations • Ensure quality assurance • Report adverse events • Assist with prescriber and patient outreach • Participate in training and collaborate with peers and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician work experience required • Valid Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license required • National Certification (PTCB or NHA) required • Excellent customer service skills • Basic math and computer skills, including Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as needed • Must reside in Tennessee • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
