📋 Description

• Provide telephonic appointment scheduling and outreach calls for the EWC Behavioral Health program • Oversee email inboxes for Behavioral Health locations • Respond independently to customer inquiries of moderate and substantial complexity • Schedule patient appointments • Complete registration paperwork through MyChart • Use Epic EHR to monitor self-scheduled appointments and confirm registration and insurance completion • Answer calls and make outbound confirmation and no-show calls • Contact patients to reschedule appointments when clinicians are unavailable • Correspond with patients by email and send collateral following presentations • Perform additional tasks supporting the Behavioral Health program

🎯 Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent required • At least 1 or more years of Medical Office experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong data entry and typing skills • Proficiency using a PC and multiple applications simultaneously • Experience with Epic and MyChart preferred • Evernorth systems, MS Outlook, and Epic EMR knowledge a plus • Ability to sit or work in a dedicated workspace for the entire work shift • Demonstrated clear and succinct business English communication with correct grammar • Ability to succeed within a team environment • Professional interaction with internal and external customers • Compliance with HIPAA regulations and Evernorth Workplace Care guidelines • Dedicated home office in the contiguous United States • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for home working
