📋 Description

• Lead and manage the company's conflict of interest program, including conducting reviews, developing mitigation plans, and advising employees and leaders • Provide legal counsel and practical guidance on ethics, compliance, anti-bribery, and corporate conduct issues • Serve as a trusted advisor on ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and employee inquiries • Manage the Ethics Help Line and Ethics Office mailbox, ensuring timely review and resolution of reported concerns • Conduct or oversee internal ethics and compliance investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions • Develop, deliver, and maintain ethics and compliance training programs, awareness campaigns, and communications • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify compliance risks and support mitigation strategies • Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing ethics and compliance policies, procedures, and controls • Monitor emerging regulatory and compliance developments and recommend actions regarding organizational impacts • Manage outside counsel and other external resources on sensitive or specialized matters

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) required • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 5+ years of legal experience • At least 1 year of direct ethics and compliance experience • Experience within a multinational company, law firm, or government agency • Experience supporting ethics and compliance programs, including conflicts of interest, code of conduct, ethics investigations, anti-bribery compliance, ethics reporting, or related corporate compliance initiatives • Experience advising publicly traded companies preferred • Ability to independently manage sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment and discretion • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with employees and leaders across all levels of an organization • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership • Experience working in complex, highly matrixed organizations • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Ability to identify legal and compliance risks and develop practical, business-focused solutions • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing demands, and drive initiatives to completion • For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
