📋 Description

• Review and validate new business, renewal, and maintenance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and implementation readiness • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues and drive cases to In Good Order status • Manage case activity within VISTA, including documentation, status updates, and readiness reviews • Validate benefit configurations, legislative requirements, and installation readiness across Facets and Non-Facets platforms • Transition implementation-ready cases to the Implementation Manager for downstream execution • Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives • Contribute to special projects and achieve departmental quality, productivity, and service performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred • 2+ years of account management, sales, and/or client service experience • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive results • Excellent technical proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems • Proven ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, negotiate, influence, and deliver on commitments • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working independently and taking initiative • Strong knowledge of Cigna processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking • Experience with Vista, ePRO, CIT, and Benefit Summary systems • 2+ years of project management and/or account management experience • Experience identifying solutions and driving outcomes that balance business and client needs • For home work, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
