📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to welcome patients, gather demographics, and arrange first shipments • Create prescription requests and make outbound calls to providers and doctors’ offices • Enter prescriptions accurately into the system • Investigate non-clinical issues with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers • Provide patients with guidance about medication coverage • Juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail • Assist patients in receiving life-sustaining medications for rare and/or chronic diseases • Engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process prescription orders and ensure timely medication shipment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience required • Valid Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona or Pennsylvania required • Trainee license may be considered • Certification preferred • Phone experience is a plus • Strong computer and data entry ability with Microsoft Office products • High-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection • Private and quiet workspace • Must work Monday–Friday, an 8-hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
