📋 Description

• Negotiate, develop and execute strategies for managing contracts for network pharmacy providers • Provide strategic and operational support to the network product team • Collaborate on the development, creation and maintenance of network products • Serve as an escalation point for relationship issues involving assigned network providers • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Retail Network Operations, and Sales & Account Management leaders • Ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables and operational excellence for internal business partners • Manage strategic pharmacy relations, negotiations, contracting, initiatives and strategies across chain and independent pharmacy communities • Lead and support initiatives to achieve goals and gain organizational support for strategic retail initiatives • Collaborate with product teams on network product initiatives • Provide cross-functional support for contract development and negotiations involving new products and networks • Provide strategic direction, leadership and mentoring to staff • Manage the team's budget

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred • At least 8 years of relevant experience in PBM, Pharmacy and/or Managed Care • At least 2 years of management or leadership experience • Effective leadership and budgetary responsibility • Strategic thinking, conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Presentation skills for internal and external leadership • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Exceptional project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, email and spreadsheet software • Ability to travel to pharmacy providers as needed • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds when working from home
