📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI-powered tools, Copilot solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows • Serve as the subject matter expert for AI, sales intelligence, and advanced analytics • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and predictive analytics to improve business performance • Manage AI solutions from concept through implementation and adoption • Analyze business, customer, market, and financial data to uncover actionable insights, trends, and opportunities • Identify growth opportunities, retention risks, profitability trends, and market dynamics • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for leadership • Deliver executive-level insights supporting planning, investment, and business decisions • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions • Integrate data from Salesforce, Tableau, enterprise data platforms, and AI applications • Establish reporting standards and performance measures • Present complex analyses in a concise, actionable format for leadership teams • Partner with leadership to solve business challenges and develop scalable solutions • Serve as the primary liaison between Specialty Payer Sales & Account Management and enterprise technology, analytics, and data teams • Support adoption of AI-enabled capabilities through training, communication, and change management • Promote data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field • Experience developing dashboards, automated reporting, business intelligence solutions, or AI-enabled tools • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Copilot, or similar analytics platforms • Experience analyzing business performance, financial metrics, profitability trends, and growth opportunities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • 6+ years of experience in sales intelligence, sales operations, sales enablement, business intelligence, analytics, or commercial strategy • Experience designing AI-powered business solutions, automation tools, or Copilot agents • Healthcare, specialty pharmacy, payer, PBM, or related industry experience • Experience supporting commercial organizations through sales intelligence and performance analytics • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and analytics teams • Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, and financial impact assessments • For occasional or permanent work from home, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
