📋 Description

• Build, operate, and continuously improve automations across business functions • Identify manual processes and implement automations that save time and reduce errors • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with deployed automations • Prioritize and execute automation work under the direction of the Director of OOIA • Build and maintain ERP, CRM, and enterprise-system integrations • Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, and Make • Manage AI tool integrations, connectors, and prompt libraries • Build AI-powered workflows for document processing, data extraction, summarization, and decision support • Develop, test, and refine prompts and AI workflow instructions • Track AI usage, output quality, and workflow costs • Capture, measure, transform, clean, and activate operational data • Partner with the central data infrastructure team • Support enterprise rollout, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for AI and automation tools • Create user guides, documentation, and training materials • Reinforce responsible-use and data-handling practices with IT • Write Python scripts for data transformation, API calls, file processing, and custom logic • Apply version control, error handling, and clear documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building business automations and integrations using modern workflow and automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, Make, Zapier, or comparable tools • Experience connecting systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors, and working with structured data (JSON) • Practical experience using AI / LLM tools, connecting them to workflows, writing effective prompts, and managing integrations • Python proficiency, including scripting, API calls, JSON handling, data transformation, and error handling • Ability to capture, transform, and work with data from multiple sources • Ability to learn and work across modern ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms • Strong troubleshooting skills and a self-directed, execution-oriented work style • Clear communication and ability to teach non-technical colleagues how to use new tools • Ability to verbally communicate detailed and accurate instructions and information • Ability to hear with or without correction to receive and interpret detailed information • Ability to sit at a desk workstation for long and short periods • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry at least 10 pounds • Visual acuity with or without correction to read contract information and view computer monitors • Ability to use fingers and hands to type, handle, feel, and reach
