📋 Description

• Lead product and project initiatives across multiple business areas • Align initiatives with client needs, strategic goals, and organizational priorities • Partner with business sponsors, stakeholders, and technology teams to define requirements • Translate business needs into actionable solutions and support successful product delivery • Develop and maintain product and project roadmaps • Balance short-term priorities with long-term business outcomes • Drive project execution by identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies • Monitor progress and escalate issues when needed • Represent business needs in technology discussions • Ensure teams have clear requirements and are prepared for development and delivery • Coordinate business validation activities, including testing, release readiness, and stakeholder acceptance • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders on project health, priorities, risks, and opportunities • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement efficiency enhancements • Monitor project budgets and resource considerations • Build relationships with clients, business partners, and cross-functional teams to support product adoption and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related field • Experience leading end-to-end projects involving multiple stakeholders, priorities, and delivery teams • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence at all organizational levels • Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and guide complex initiatives from concept through implementation • Experience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead through influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or product-based organizations preferred • Experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and supporting agile delivery practices preferred • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical concepts preferred • Home internet via cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload if working from home • Qualified applicants must meet applicable work authorization and employment eligibility requirements
