📋 Description

• Champion and implement global program designs, standards, and training tools aligned with ministry objectives • Serve on cross-functional teams supporting National Offices with holistic development programs • Partner with Regional staff and stakeholders on program implementation support and learning strategies • Consult with National Offices on Compassion’s theory of change and outcomes framework • Support the design and development of globally implemented program models, including theories, standards, activities, tools, resources, and indicators • Provide subject matter expertise to National Office staff and stakeholders • Support program data use to measure global program inputs, outputs, and outcomes • Coach Regional staff on measurement usage and interpretation • Advise on metric creation, collection, and usage • Conduct special training and initiatives and consult on industry standards, national policies, and best practices • Analyze global program process problems and define activities to address them • Prepare presentations, future-state maps, success metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses • Participate in creating new processes • Define metrics and develop reports tracking program development and implementation success • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities • Provide expertise and coaching to program support and partnership staff in Regional and National Offices

🎯 Requirements

• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ • Consistent witness for Jesus Christ and courteous, Christ-like attitude • Faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer • Commitment to child protection and compliance with Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct • Significant experience in humanitarian relief and international development • Ability to engage effectively across sectors and diverse country contexts • Strong experience coaching, problem-solving, and providing technical support to implementing partners/sub-awardees • Experience facilitating partner reviews • Willingness to travel to country offices as needed • Technical expertise in food security, agricultural systems, and food assistance • Experience with emergency food programming, cash-based assistance, and market analysis
