📋 Description

• Lead and support multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions • Translate product and business strategy into clear engineering plans, delivery milestones, and technical roadmaps • Establish and reinforce engineering best practices, standards, and ways of working across teams • Partner with Product Management and Architecture to design secure, resilient systems that scale with the business • Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development to build strong, balanced teams • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Client Success, and Growth to align priorities and deliver outcomes • Champion agile delivery, automation, and modern tooling to improve quality, speed, and reliability • Ensure platforms meet expectations for performance, security, compliance, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of managers and senior engineers • Experience leading teams across the full software lifecycle in complex, cross-functional environments • Strong understanding of modern application development, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving • Clear, confident communicator able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with technology stacks such as Go, React, React Native, .NET, and integrated platforms (Nice to Have)
