🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of insurance or related sales experience, with group benefits or agency exposure preferred • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team and business goals • Comfort conducting high-volume virtual sales conversations • Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach to selling • Accident, Health & Life Insurance license required (or obtained within first three months)
