• 2+ years in a full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS sales role (ideally selling into mid-market fintech, financial services, or B2B AI) • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota • Hungry, competitive, and motivated by winning (not just participating) • Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • High ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you figure things out and make them happen • Naturally curious and excited to experiment with AI tools to improve how you sell • Highly personable and able to quickly build trust with both customers and teammates • Clear, empathetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment
