📋 Description

• Provide concierge-level afterhours and weekend telephone coverage and scheduling support for multiple US locations • Manage inbound tickets and potentially answer live phone calls • Deliver customer service to caregivers and clients through phone and email • Maintain detailed records of transactions, interactions, and requests • Resolve tickets through communication, documentation, system updates, and coordination with field teams • Receive coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
