📋 Description

• Perform fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting • Identify, contact, and pipeline cleared IT candidates • Develop job postings • Provide unforgettable candidate experiences • Attract talent • Maintain client service • Partner with hiring managers to identify, manage, and fill current, contingent, and upcoming positions • Coordinate with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources for interviews and hiring processing • Identify passive candidates and manage strategies addressing strategic business needs and goals • Learn about Business Development, RFPs, Account Management, client interactions, and success in the consulting world

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners) • College Degree
