• Supervise a caseload of up to 8 clients. • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment programs. • Maintain accurate client notes and data. • Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and families. • Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans. • Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among the team, clients, and families.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification required. • Established management skills. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong preference for candidates located in IL, IN, IA, WI, TX, MI, and MO.
