📋 Description

• Oversee implementation and execution of home visits according to clinical trial protocols • Collaborate with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to operate participant home visits successfully • Develop study-specific plans, training materials, and timelines for assigned projects • Coordinate internal team efforts and provide recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation planning • Evaluate healthcare professionals' qualifications, licensure, and CVs for project involvement • Participate in recertification and new-regulation training • Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives • Mentor, guide, and support junior team members • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Ensure remote study activities conducted by healthcare professionals comply with local regulations and laws • Participate in bidding and/or bid defense opportunities • Serve as client and project team contact for questions, concerns, and escalations • Administer and execute policies, processes, and procedures affecting workflow • Occasionally travel domestically and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 5+ years of relevant experience • Combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered equivalent • Understanding of clinical trials • Experience managing deliverables and timelines • Experience conducting protocol visits in a remote setting • Knowledge of evaluating healthcare professionals' qualifications, licensure, and CVs • Knowledge of local regulations and laws governing remote study activities • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Effective leadership and team-building skills • Client-building and third-party relationship management skills • Ability to work independently with little guidance and in a team environment • Ability to provide high-quality customer service • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing conditions and demands
