📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials • Ensure timely and efficient distribution of trial materials • Maintain optimal inventory levels • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful clinical studies • Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects • Coordinate with internal teams, provide recommendations and risks, and update project reports and spreadsheets • Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support logistics strategy and GxP compliance • Participate in ongoing training on new regulations • Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives • Mentor and guide junior team members • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Maintain existing tools and identify improvement opportunities • Participate in bidding and bid-defense opportunities and address client supply-chain requests, questions, and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 5+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Prior clinical supplies experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry • Strong English and communication skills, written and verbal • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, sense of urgency, and decision-making skills • Effective leadership and team-building skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Strong customer focus and attention to detail • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little guidance • Good understanding of clinical supply operations • Solid client-building and third-party relationship management skills • Ability to provide high-quality customer service • Ability to access and use in-house and off-the-shelf computer software • Ability to communicate and understand information presented verbally and in writing • Ability to work independently, multitask, perform under stress, and adapt to changing conditions • Regular and consistent attendance • Occasional domestic and international travel
