📋 Description

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact and project-level contact between the sponsor and organization • Lead the cross-functional project team and ensure overall delivery for time, cost, and quality • Establish, communicate, and manage customer expectations • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Demonstrate financial stewardship, including contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity management, Con Mod negotiations, and timeline execution • Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution through RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Global trial management experience in Psychiatric or Neurological Rare Diseases • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 8+ years of previous comparable experience • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize workload in a frequently changing environment • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and situations • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles, including time, quality, cost, and financial acumen • Interpersonal and customer service skills to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Judgment, decision-making, critical and analytical strategic thinking skills • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others, including cross-cultural awareness
