📋 Description

• Serve as project lead and primary sponsor contact • Accountable for overall project delivery, including quality, time and cost • Establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Manage project-level financial stewardship, including contract understanding, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity, change modification processes/negotiations and execution timelines • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Drive risk identification and issue resolution at project level through RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing full service clinical trials, with preference for Non-Interventional experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 8+ years of previous relevant experience • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize own and project team members' workloads in a changing environment • Effective oral, written communication and presentation skills • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles: time, quality and cost • Solid financial acumen • Interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Judgment, decision-making, critical thinking and analytical strategic thinking skills • Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others • Cross-cultural awareness • Compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements • Ability to work in an office/laboratory and/or clinical environment • Ability to use required personal protective equipment • Potential exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms and electrical office equipment
