📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance in formulating and executing clinical trial strategies • Optimize trial processes • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment • Drive initiatives that enhance the success and efficiency of clinical trials • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational strategy for moderately complex opportunities • Provide budget input and revisions reflecting proposed operational strategy • Participate in developing and delivering the operational strategy model within proposed timelines • Conduct proposal reviews for alignment with operational and commercial win strategies • Collaborate with commercial and functional teams on formal proposal revisions • Assist the OSC role in larger, complex opportunities • Work independently with little guidance and plan work schedules to meet goals • Perform variable tasks under changing conditions, including multitasking under stress

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 5+ years of previous relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Thorough understanding of clinical project management, business organization, and functional areas • Solid customer relationship management skills and commercial acumen • Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment • Ability to multitask with attention to detail • Strong proposal development knowledge and skills • Project management and planning skills • Strong organizational agility and drive for results • Influence and negotiation skills • Ability to build effective collaborative peer and cross-functional relationships • Ability to work effectively in teams with global and cultural awareness • Analytical skills • Excellence in oral and written communications • Prioritization and time management proficiency • Thorough understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices • Knowledge of operational and financial practices, SOPs, GCPs, and FDA/ICH guidelines • Ability to access and use in-house and off-the-shelf computer software • Ability to communicate and understand spoken and written information • Regular and consistent attendance
