📋 Description

• Liaise with PPD's operational departments, affiliates, and sponsors • Support identification, evaluation, and resolution of shipments for identified protocols and/or study programs • Investigate clinical trial shipments and samples that cannot be clearly identified or routed upon receipt • Review shipment documentation, manifests, and relevant data to resolve shipment, manifest, and sample discrepancies • Review database import requests for accuracy and consistency • Provide accurate status information for pending and completed database imports • Implement quality control review procedures for accurate data imports • Participate in internal/self-audits of database content • Support ongoing quality assurance and quality control procedures • Perform corrective and preventative action activities • Perform special project activities supporting quality assurance and quality event outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience comparable to 0 to 2 years’ or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening • Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 8AM–5PM • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments with challenging/conflicting deadlines • Effective project management and organizational skills • Good computer skills • General knowledge of clinical trial processes and programs • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving technical problems in a professional environment • Ability to attain, maintain, and apply working knowledge of applicable procedural documents • Ability to work well with others • Ability to occasionally drive to site locations and travel domestically • Ability to work in laboratory and/or clinical environments with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, and office equipment • Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, and gloves
