📋 Description

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment, including incubators, centrifuges, refrigerators, freezers, and related instrumentation • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using schematics, service documentation, diagnostic software, and test equipment • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through responsive communication, technical expertise, and dependable service • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities for additional products and services • Continuously develop technical knowledge through product training, safety programs, and industry updates • Manage daily service operations by scheduling customer visits, responding to customer communications, completing field service reports, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate service documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Technical certificate, Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical equipment preferred • Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using electrical schematics, technical documentation, and diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, temperature measurement devices, and pressure gauges • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and service management software • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen • Maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record
