📋 Description

• Provide high-quality medical and scientific writing from planning and coordination through delivery of final drafts • Collaborate with internal and external clients to support effective and efficient communication • Create and provide input on routine deliverables, including medical information documents, publications, and clinical study documents • Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, work instructions, quality processes, and document requirements • Assist in determining best practices for achieving optimal results • Assist with program management activities • Develop timelines and budgets for assigned deliverables and track progress • Support operational excellence and scientific communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • Previous experience comparable to 2+ years • Experience working in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry preferred • Experience in scientific writing advantageous • Ability to interpret and present complex data accurately and concisely • Solid medical writing skills, including grammatical, editorial, and proofreading skills • Effective administrative, organizational, and planning skills • Attention to detail and quality • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team • Effective oral and written communication skills • Judgment and decision-making skills • Good computer skills and proficiency with client templates • Knowledge of document management systems and relevant applications such as Excel and Outlook • Occasional travel, including domestic and international travel
