• Manage a team of Project Delivery reports • Responsible for performance management and career development • Approve salary administration and hiring actions • Collaborate with project team leadership and stakeholders • Provide coaching and support over organization systems
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role (10-12+ years) • 5+ years of management responsibility • Comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge • Expert knowledge of cross-functional project management principles • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong financial acumen • Ability to coach, mentor and lead global teams • Proven flexibility to prioritize workload • Technical competency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office
