📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance in formulating and executing clinical trial strategies • Optimize clinical trial processes and collaborate with key stakeholders for strategic alignment • Identify and recommend plans aligned with commercial win strategy • Contribute to proposal deliverables and key operations messages • Develop problem-solving plans and solutions within clinical operations • Develop operationally aligned budgets and support profitability targets • Enhance proposal efficiency management to decrease costs • Ensure timely delivery of the operations segment of proposal deliverables • Disseminate operational strategy to proposal teams and develop KPIs • Establish efficient and aligned clinical operations processes in a cross-functional matrix environment • Support operations escalation processes and advise commercial strategy teams • Recommend future plans and actions to improve process and outcome success • Implement post-award revisions to execute proposals successfully • Leverage opportunities to achieve targets while enhancing customer relations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience comparable to 8+ years’ or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience • Thorough understanding of clinical project management, business organization, and functional areas • Solid customer relationship management skills and commercial acumen • Strong proposal development knowledge and skills • Demonstrated project management and planning skills • Understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices and operational/financial practices, SOPs, GCPs, and FDA/ICH guidelines • Ability to work in a high pressure/time sensitive environment • Ability to multitask with attention to detail • Influence and negotiation skills • Strong organizational, analytical, oral and written communication, prioritization, and time management skills • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and work effectively in teams • Global and cultural awareness • Ability to access and use in-house and off-the-shelf computer software • Regular and consistent attendance
