📋 Description

• Provides tactical support for client-facing biopharmaceutical projects • Manages project performance, with emphasis on program financial management and client communications • Provides internal consulting on project management issues • Identifies process and efficiency improvement opportunities • Identifies and escalates risks affecting project timelines and financial objectives • Oversees and coordinates study initiation • Translates protocol language into internal systems and processes • Prepares for and facilitates internal meetings and attends external meetings • Coordinates stability launches • Maintains project setup and sample test scheduling • Evaluates and manages project timelines and deliverables • Supports contract management and adheres to contract language • Manages project setup and financials • Prepares projections, forecasts, and revenue recognition for fee-for-service, hourly, or FTE programs • Adjusts forecasts or project priorities weekly as needed • Communicates routine FTE utilization and spend • Coordinates internal and external communications • Assists the client relationship manager with meeting minutes and action items • Manages study documents and testing directives and shares data/reports • Supports fee-for-service and hourly contract review processes • Provides and supports training for Program Manager I • Participates in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • 3+ years of comparable experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills • Competence with computers and enterprise applications, including office productivity software • Proven analytical skills • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people • Ability to work upright and stationary for typical working hours • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology proficiently • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities • May require travel
