📋 Description

• Perform background and literature reviews • Assist with development of preference elicitation instruments • Interview patients and physicians • Analyze qualitative data using appropriate software • Conduct user acceptance testing of data collection instruments, such as patient preference surveys • Support development of client deliverables, including slide decks and reports • Communicate with and manage vendors and research partners, such as clinical sites and patient advocacy groups • Attend client meetings and workshops • Support patient preference research projects and operationalize good practice in preference elicitation and incorporation into health-care decision making

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline and at least one year of relevant job experience • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 2–3 years of relevant job experience • Experience with primary data collection from patients (qualitative or quantitative) • Understanding of preference elicitation techniques, such as discrete choice experiments (DCE), best-worst scaling (BWS), or MCDA swing weighting • Proficient with MS Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and multitask efficiently • Ability to take initiative and work without close supervision • Attention to detail • Willingness and ability to learn methodological or industry developments quickly • Ability to travel 10–30% of the time
