📋 Description

• Acts as a Functional Lead for global recruitment and retention strategies and associated initiatives. • Integrate with larger PPD study team throughout start-up and enrollment period, communicating updates with Clinical Team Managers and CRA's. • Works to identify potential risks, develops contingency plans and escalates issues as appropriate. • Tracks metrics and builds progress reports on enrollment targets. • Develops and owns the study recruitment and retention plan, implements patient recruitment and retention strategies globally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous patient recruitment management experience, including creation and management of global trial strategies, that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years) • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Analytical approach, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and ethical considerations in patient recruitment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
